Jonathan Parshall

 

Jonathan Parshall is the co-author, with Anthony Tully, of Shattered Sword: The Untold Story of the Battle of Midway (Potomac). His writing has been published in leading military publications, including Warship International and The Naval War College Review. The founder and webmaster of www.combinedfleet.com, the premier reference web site on the Imperial Japanese Navy, Parshall has worked as a historical adviser to the BBC and a consultant on the 1999 mission to the Midway battle site by the Nauticos Corporation and the U.S. Navy Oceanographic Office. He lives with his family in Minneapolis.
